PAC Environmental & Facility Solutions is hiring an experienced Operations Team Leader / Site Supervisor for our Riyadh branch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, site inspections, and ongoing service activities.
- Coordinate field teams, schedules, manpower, and site requirements.
- Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee services including air duct cleaning, HVAC/AC cleaning and maintenance, water tank cleaning, pest control, sofa/carpet/mattress cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and deep cleaning.

Requirements:
- Practical supervisory experience in multiple cleaning and maintenance services.
- Experience in air duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Educated, professional, and capable of managing field teams.
- Good communication skills, with at least basic English and Arabic.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- All nationalities are welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

- Probation: Initial 3 months, followed by confirmation based on performance.
