A reputable company is seeking for an organized and responsible Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation schedules, coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and ensure the smooth movement of goods.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.

Communicate with suppliers, drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.

Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare and verify shipping documents and delivery notes.

Monitor inventory movements and update logistics records.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics software.

Previous logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of UAE transportation and shipping procedures is preferred.
