Description
About the Role
Gallery Design is looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing across Gallery Design and its affiliated showrooms.
This is a hands-on in-house position: you will shape how our brands look, sound and perform across digital and physical channels, manage content production end to end, and own the paid advertising budget.
You will work closely with our design team, showroom teams and leadership to turn a refined design offering into compelling, consistent and measurable marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Brand and Creative Direction
Own and develop the brand identity of Gallery Design and each affiliated showroom, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Provide art direction and graphic design input on campaigns, collateral, social content, presentations, catalogues and showroom materials.
Maintain brand guidelines and review all outgoing creative for quality and consistency.
Content Strategy and Production
Build and execute a content strategy across social media, website, email, and print that supports brand positioning and sales goals.
Plan, brief and organise photo and video shoots, including project, product and showroom shoots, managing schedules, locations, styling and talent.
Decide when to edit content in-house and when to outsource to photographers, videographers, agencies and freelancers, and manage those partners and their budgets.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Paid Advertising and Performance
Prepare, propose and manage the annual and quarterly paid advertising budget across channels (e.g. Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and relevant local media).
Plan and optimise campaigns, track ROI and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
Allocate spend across the brand and showrooms based on performance and business priorities.
Showrooms and Collaboration
Coordinate with showroom managers on launches, events, promotions, window and in-store displays and visual merchandising.
Work with the design team to showcase completed projects and portfolio work.
Support PR, partnerships, influencer and designer collaborations, and events.
Management and Reporting
Manage the marketing budget, vendor contracts and approvals.
Supervise junior marketers, designers or freelancers as the team grows.
Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in-house or within design, interiors, furniture, architecture, real estate, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
Strong background in branding, graphic design and content strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work and campaign results.
Proven experience organising photo and video shoots and managing editing, either directly or through external providers.
Demonstrated experience building and managing paid advertising budgets, with a clear record of performance tracking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools; Canva, Figma or similar is a plus.
Working knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools and ad managers (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4).
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
Prefierred
Prior experience in the design, interiors or showroom industry.
Knowledge of the Saudi and wider GCC market, audiences and media landscape.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
An eye for detail, strong taste and the ability to translate design quality into brand storytelling.
