Description
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Draftsman who understands the technical demands of hotel and building construction projects.
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical drafting experience in building construction
• Experience in hotel, commercial, residential, or similar building projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is an advantage
• Hands-on experience preparing mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
• Ability to coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines
• Strong understanding of construction specifications, installation details, and consultant comments
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in Jeddah
Building construction experience is mandatory. Infrastructure-only experience will not be considered.
