Role Description

Responsible for new customer account opening, ensuring a smooth account opening process; Track the progress of account opening, solve problems encountered during the process;

Accurately identify customer needs, quickly and effectively coordinate internal company resources to meet those needs;

Assist sales colleagues in increasing the market share of existing customer businesses and expanding new businesses;

Promote the operations and delivery team to provide and optimize solutions for customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and continuously improving customer receipt rates and satisfaction;

Provide customer training, ensuring they are familiar with system operations; Conduct data analysis and order tracking, optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, major in business administration, marketing, or related fields;

1-2 years of experience in customer management or related fields;

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, etc.;

Good communication skills and service awareness, able to work under pressure.
