Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communications and understand their needs.
• Coordinate with content, design, production, and paid media teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous account management experience within a marketing agency.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
