Description

A leading Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Accountants

Job Description:
•Check and reconcile Daily data needed on the day to day operations
•Ensure all expenses are recorded properly and that all were taken up each and every transaction
that exists in business operation.
•Ensure Deposits, collections, remittances related to financial transactions be accurately recorded and feed in the ERP.
•Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries, ledger and
accounting adjustments.
•Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions for issues arising the cause
and the effective correction to prevent further error continuity.
•Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
•Perform financial analysis and reporting to management on the development such as reason of
accounts movement as needed.
•Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within provided deadlines.
•Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report accordingly to
management.
•Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
•Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested
documentations as well as schedules related to the financial year reporting.
•Preparation of documents related to VAT filing
•Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
•Review and recommend changes to existing accounting policies procedures.
•Perform coordination with banks, clients, suppliers and the likes if needed in relation to finance and
accounting functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
•3-5 years of experience as an Accountant position.
•Ability to work in an environment and under pressure
•Take decisive action on opportunities to achieve specific outcomes.
•Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
•Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and any other accounting software.
•Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the
organization in a timely and professional manner.
