We are seeking a qualified Accountant with a strong background in real estate and property development to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Managing accounts payable/receivable and general ledger

Preparing financial statements and monthly closing reports

Handling cost accounting for construction projects and progress billings

Coordinating with project managers and auditors

Ensuring VAT and Zakat compliance

Preparing project cash flows and budgets

Managing escrow and client accounts in accordance with local real estate regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3 years experience in real estate development or construction accounting

Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards and VAT/Zakat regulations

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or Zoho Books)

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Transferable Iqama
