We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to our internal users. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and upgrades.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Respond to user inquiries and educate them on IT best practices.
Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Stay current on technology trends and updates.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
