Job Description for the Position:

Must have knowledge of accounting works

Must have knowledge in Accounting Software (Tally ERP)

Preferred to have experience in Administrative works

Preparing and posting all necessary entries - Invoices, Purchases entries, JVs, Payment entries etc.,
Preparing Payroll
Timely passing of all the entries in the books of accounts
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Assist in preparing all necessary reports for Audit, VAT, ESR etc.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Reconciliation of Banks, Customers & Suppliers' account
Ensure to prepare and pay all statutory dues on time - VAT, GOSI, LMRA, Visa, EWA, CR Renewal etc.,
