Description

Atlantic Pools is looking for a highly capable and professional Accountant to join our growing team. This is a critical role requiring strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience with administrative, procurement, and government compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Full accounting management using Tally software

Handle all GOSI and LMRA-related tasks including:

Visa applications and renewals

Employee documentation and compliance

Manage company cash flow, expense tracking, and payment schedules

Process VAT filings and ensure compliance with Bahrain’s tax regulations

Oversee customs clearance, including customs bill payments for import/export

Coordinate with engineers and sales teams to handle purchasing requirements

Ensure accurate preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and checks

Liaise with banks, suppliers, and government bodies on all finance-related matters

Maintain professional financial documentation and support audit readiness

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience,

Strong command of Tally software

In-depth knowledge of:

GOSI & LMRA processes

Bahrain VAT laws

Customs duties and documentation

Proven ability to manage purchases and procurement based on internal requirements

Excellent understanding of cash flow management

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and time management

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Fluent in English
