We are a small but growing uniform shop in Riyadh seeking a skilled Accountant with strong expertise in Zoho Books and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will support our transition from Tally to Zoho Books and ensure smooth financial operations in line with Saudi compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Exporting data from Tally Prime and importing into Zoho Books
- Company configuration and setup
- User creation, roles, and profile setup
- Opening balance setup
- Chart of accounts and banking setup
- Tax configuration (Saudi VAT)
- Reminders and standard templates (Quotation, Invoice, Delivery – English/Arabic)
- Default report configuration
- Customer, vendor, and item data migration
- Approvals for sales and purchase transactions
- E-invoicing & Fatoora integration (including VAT reports)
- Branch configuration
- User and admin training

Requirements

- Proven experience in Zoho Books implementation
- Knowledge of Tally Prime data migration
- Familiarity with Saudi VAT, E-invoicing, and Fatoora compliance
- Must be available for local transfer with a valid Iqama
