Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting.

This role is operational, not advisory. Strong system discipline and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete and accurate books using Zoho Books

Record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payments

Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups

Reconcile bank, cash, and card transactions

Record VAT entries, prepare VAT reports, and support filings

Track expenses, payroll entries, and employee-related costs

Ensure proper chart of accounts usage and cost allocation

Support month-end closing and basic financial reports

Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance

Requirements

Proven experience using Zoho Books (mandatory)

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals

Experience with VAT accounting (Bahrain or GCC preferred)

High attention to detail and consistency

Ability to follow processes and timelines

Comfortable working with operational teams
