Candidates having 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry only need to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses meticulously, maintaining records for easy retrieval and audit.
Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.
Cash handling.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Maintain organized financial filing systems, both digitally and physically, for efficient data management.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account discrepancies and payment inquiries with professionalism.

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance
2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry is must.
Proficient in accounting softwares
Strong Excel skills
Good understanding of accounting principles
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
