We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our restaurant operations team. This role is focused on daily accounting entries, inventory control, and ERP system management, supporting smooth financial and operational flow across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Daily Accounting Operations

Enter daily incoming stock and purchases into the ERP system
Record vendor bills, customer invoices, and daily transactions
Manage incoming and outgoing payments
Track vendor balances, pending payments, and payment schedules
Maintain accurate accounting entries and general ledgers

Inventory & Stock Management

Record and monitor inventory movements
Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliations
Manage internal stock transfers (warehouse → outlets)
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs

Financial & Compliance

Record salaries, expenses, and operational costs in ERP
Maintain accurate tax entries and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Support monthly closing and financial reconciliation processes

Requirements

Experience in accounting, preferably in restaurants, F&B, or retail operations
Strong experience working with ERP systems
Good understanding of inventory accounting and stock flow
Knowledge of tax systems and accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage daily operational accounting independently

Preferred

Experience handling multi-branch operations
Understanding of SOP-based inventory and financial controls
