Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting and tax processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
Implement and improve financial controls and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
