Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor project budgets.

Cost Tracking: Implement job costing methods to track labor, materials, and overheads.

Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for employees and subcontractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, addressing any billing issues promptly.
