Job Description:
The Accounts Assistant will assist the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. This includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, be proficient in Odoo, and hold a degree related to accounting. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records and support the finance team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Maintain and update financial records using Odoo.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist with payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Handle account-related queries.
Other tasks as directed by the finance team.
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency with Odoo accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting is required.
Experience with Odoo is a must.
Experience Level: 2+ years in accounting.
