Description

Required Accounts Executive for an insurance brokerage company with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous insurance experience preferred.

Must have minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and be proficient in Tally ERP software and able to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines.

Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and displaying initiative, with an exceptional work ethic.

Job Summary:

The role involves supporting Executive Management to achieve business strategies, plans, and budgets while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include overseeing financial and management accounting, preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial planning and analysis, and implementing best practices for client service.

Collaboration with management for strategic planning and compliance with internal controls is also essential.
