Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise in service-based industries such as maintenance, construction, or facility management, with a deep understanding of budgeting, cost control, and client billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the maintenance division
Monitor budgets, job costing, and service contract profitability
Handle client billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts reconciliation
Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses
Ensure compliance with Bahraini tax, VAT, and financial regulations
Coordinate with internal departments for accurate tracking of project and contract costs
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and suppliers
Support management with financial data for decision-making

Requirements & Qualifications:

8–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in maintenance, construction, or FM sectors
Strong knowledge of job costing, service billing, and cost allocation
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
Familiar with GCC VAT regulations and Bahraini financial laws
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
