Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized "Admin Assistant" to join our team at "Al Jalamid Plant, Ma’aden Phosphate Company". The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting management with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office documentation, records, and correspondence.
Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
Assist in visitor coordination and reception duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
Saudi National (Female) as per localization requirements.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of administrative experience (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in an industrial plant environment.
