Description
Skills Required:
• Proficient in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Assisting with recruitment processes, LMRA, SIO, and other ministry-related applications.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain systematic records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ensures accuracy in records, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail.
Computer Proficiency:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Skilled in document formatting, editing, and basic adjustments.
• Expertise in converting and compressing documents (e.g., PDF to Word, reducing file sizes).
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
Communication Skills:
• Good command of written and spoken English.
Salary Range:
• BD 200 – 300 (based on experience)
