Description

We are looking for a well-organized and efficient Admin Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records.

Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Support HR, finance, and management teams with administrative duties.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
