Description
We are looking for a MALE Filipino only candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
• Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, handling travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring that executives are fully prepared.
• Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by the leadership team.
Customer Service Coordination Duties:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Assist in resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and improve overall service delivery.
• Monitor and track customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain customer service reports and records.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or customer service role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient or basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing demands.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer service or coordination role is a plus.
