Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Female Admin Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of providing efficient administrative support in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and reports
Provide administrative support to management and assist with coordination tasks
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Welcome visitors and provide general office assistance
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required
Requirements
Filipina National (preferred)
Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, Secretary, or similar role is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude with a presentable appearance
Willing to work full-time in Bahrain
