Description
Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Admin Clerks (Filipino Candidates) who can immediately join. Candidates should have the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support
Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
Experience with calendar management and scheduling
Knowledge of office software and technology, including email and phone systems
Familiarity with record-keeping and filing systems
Basic bookkeeping or accounting skills an asset
Certification in administration or a related field an asset
