Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to support day-to-day tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Transfable Iqama.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office.
