Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages as needed.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc..
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
