We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Administration Manager to oversee and streamline our administrative operations in Riyadh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team.
Ensure effective communication within the company and with external partners.
Maintain accurate records, including employee files, contracts, and correspondence.
Manage office budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in administrative operations.
Supervise and support the administrative team, providing training and development.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Organize and manage events, conferences, and meetings as required.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the Middle East region, specifically in Riyadh.
Experience in HR-related tasks or office management software.
