Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and assist with daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial tasks.
Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Handle office correspondence and coordinate deliveries.
Provide general support to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Work Environment:

Full-time position with regular office hours.
May require occasional overtime depending on business needs.
