Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience, (preference to Filipino) preferably within the petrochemical or related industry. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience in the petrochemical industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Filipino candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of petrochemical industry terminology and processes.
- Experience with project management tools or software.
