Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain office files, documents, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documents.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with invoicing, payments, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain and update office systems and databases.
Provide administrative support to team members and management.
