Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform general office duties, such as data entry and filing

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
