Description
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Administrative Executive with proven experience in Human Resources and Accounts to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and office coordination tasks
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, petty cash, expense tracking, and record keeping
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with management, staff, and external parties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with exposure to HR and Accounts
- Good knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
