Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to join immediately with local availability in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and handle procurement requests
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Support HR or accounts team with basic administrative tasks
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

Male candidate (as per company requirement)
Currently residing in Bahrain (local transfer only)
Available to join immediately
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in corporate, construction, or service industry is a plus
