Position Overview:
The Administrative/Finance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and administrative functions of the organization.
This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of financial processes and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Assist in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes managing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Audit Preparation: Prepare for audits and tax season by organizing financial records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with confidentiality policies.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating office activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure financial processes align with organizational goals and support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
