Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support

Maintain employee attendance and leave records

Assist in recruitment documentation

Support HR administrative tasks in compliance with Saudi labor regulations

Excel Data Management

Collect, organize, and maintain company data in Excel

Prepare and update reports and databases

Perform basic analysis and data presentation

General Office Administration

Draft, file, and manage official documents

Assist with office coordination and internal communication

Support day-to-day administrative operations

Requirements:

Experience : relevant administrative/HR experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is mandatory

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage)

Familiarity with Saudi labor law procedures is an added value

Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
