Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Secretary to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a construction, contracting, engineering, or similar company and be able to provide administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office administrative tasks and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Assist with document control and project documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries professionally.
Monitor office supplies and support general office operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Filipino Female only !
Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
Experience in a construction, contracting, engineering, architectural, or similar industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
