Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Secretary to support our daily administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and a good understanding of procurement processes, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and internal departments.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and official correspondence.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
Support procurement activities, including preparing purchase requests, following up with suppliers, and tracking orders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
Communicate professionally with clients and vendors when required.
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Familiarity with purchase cycles and supplier coordination.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
