Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and administrative procedures
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Support HR, accounting, and other departments with administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with integrity
Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management software or ERP systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of document control and record-keeping best practices
