Description

The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing facility. This position involves overseeing daily operations, performing data entry, managing factory processes, and supporting the accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong analytical skills, and be capable of multitasking within a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor and coordinate daily activities within the factory to ensure efficient
production schedules and meet performance goals.
- Data Entry : Accurately enter and maintain data related to production, inventory levels, and quality
assurance in relevant systems. Ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting purposes.
- Factory Operations Oversight: Assist in the management of factory operations, including
production line monitoring, equipment maintenance schedules, and compliance with health and
safety regulations.
- Accounts Management: Support the finance department by managing accounts payable and
receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Assist in budget t
racking and financial reporting.
- Inventory Coordination:* Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory, assist in
ordering supplies, and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Reporting:* Generate reports on production metrics, operational efficiency, and financial
summaries for management review. Assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication:* Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating smooth communication and
collaboration among production, quality control, and finance teams.
- Health and Safety Compliance:* Help implement and uphold health and safety policies, ensuring a
safe work environment for all employees. Assist in safety audits and training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or food science or a related field is
preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a food production or food
manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software is preferred.
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams
