Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Admin with hands-on experience in RFQs, BOQs, and project documentation to support our operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage RFQs, BOQs, and quotations
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Handle project documentation, approvals, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of costs, materials, and submissions
Assist in tender preparation and project coordination
Track timelines, variations, and supporting documents
Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in RFQs, BOQs, and cost documentation
Knowledge of construction / interior fit-out / contracting processes
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
