We are currently looking for a professional and organized Administration / Secretary to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
* Maintain filing systems and company records
* Support management with reports and documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

* Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
