You are the first point of contact for many families and a key bridge between school and community.
You’ll manage admissions processes with warmth and clarity, reflecting our ethos of transparency, inclusion, and human-first systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle enrolment inquiries and guide parents through the admissions process
● Maintain accurate student records and support compliance requirements
● Coordinate communication between departments and families
● Support events, data entry, and daily admin functions
Essential
● Experience in school administration or family-facing roles
● Excellent written and interpersonal communication
● Organised, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple systems
