We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Developer to join our technology team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems that align with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning models and AI solutions

Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train predictive models

Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate ML solutions into products

Evaluate and improve the performance of models in production environments

Stay current with research and advancements in AI, deep learning, and related fields

Develop tools and frameworks to streamline ML development processes

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies in all model development

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Proficient in Python and other programming languages used in data science

Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and data modelling

Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Must be currently based in Bahrain

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning

Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models

Prior experience in AI applications in education, healthcare, or industrial sectors is advantageous
