A well reputed 5-star luxury resort is looking for highly professional and experienced Arabic Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office team.
Job Summary:
The Arabic Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and luxurious first impression. This individual will be responsible for providing seamless and personalized service from check-in to check-out, primarily catering to our Arabic-speaking clientele while maintaining the highest standards of a 5-star resort environment. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable command of Arabic and English, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome & Check-in:
Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival, extending a genuinely friendly and professional greeting.
Efficiently complete the check-in process, ensuring all guest details are accurately captured and preferences are noted.
Explain resort facilities, services, and local attractions to guests in clear and engaging Arabic and English.
Process payments, handle cash, and manage credit card transactions securely and accurately.
Issue room keys and provide directions to rooms.
Guest Services & Information:
Act as a central point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate and prompt information in both Arabic and English.
Assist guests with reservations, bookings for resort amenities (restaurants, spa, activities), and transportation arrangements.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them appropriately and providing information as required.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
Check-out & Farewell:
Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring all charges are accurate and settled.
Assist with luggage arrangements and transportation as needed.
Bid a warm farewell to departing guests, inviting them to return.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
Manage guest correspondence, including emails and messages, in a timely manner.
Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special promotions.
Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Language & Cultural Fluency:
Utilize advanced Arabic language skills to provide personalized and culturally sensitive service to Arabic-speaking guests.
Possess an understanding of local customs and etiquette, particularly relevant to guests from the GCC region.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a reputable 4*/5-star hotel or luxury resort environment is highly preferred.*
Candidates with extensive experience in a high-end customer service role within a luxury setting will also be considered.
Language Skills:
Fluent in both written and spoken Modern Standard Arabic is essential.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential.
Knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, German, Russian) will be an added advantage.
