The Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. * This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative, functional, and sustainable designs that meet the client’s needs and comply with regulations.

Create detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and coherence.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation for construction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Must have 5 years of professional experience.

Experience in architectural design, preferably in [Commercial, residential, 3D modeling, rendering etc.].

Proficiency in architectural design software ( AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop).

Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural principles.
