We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, specializing in hotel design and construction, to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in architectural planning, project coordination, and design execution for large-scale hospitality projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design and development of hotel and hospitality projects from concept to completion.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documents in accordance with project requirements and local regulations.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and aesthetics are achieved.

Supervise project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during various phases of hotel construction.

Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions suitable for the hospitality sector.

Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, and structural teams for seamless project execution.

Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and brand standards for hotel developments.

Mentor junior architects and support team development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with proven experience in hotel or hospitality projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design and visualization tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
