We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architecture Design Coordinator to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
• Provide design solutions that meet project specifications and client requirements.
• Oversee and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Review and update project designs based on client feedback.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (both 2D and 3D design).
• Strong understanding of architecture and design principles.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• A degree in Architecture is preferred.
