We are looking for a highly motivated Area Manager to oversee operations for our fast food restaurant branches across KSA.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Manager / Operations Manager in a fast food restaurant (minimum 3 years)

Previous work experience in KSA (knowledge of local market & labor laws is a must)

Valid KSA driving license (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple locations, set targets, and ensure operational excellence

Hands-on approach with a focus on team training, quality control, and cost management

Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily operations of multiple branches

Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are consistently met

Train, and motivate store managers and staff

Analyze sales reports, control costs, and maximize profitability

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively
